Refund policy
Our team makes their best effort to keep our product’s images, description, and title as clear as possible. So we request you to carefully go through our product before placing an order. Making a purchase indicates you’ve agreed to all our terms and policies.
Eligibility For Exchange/Replacement
- Exchange should be requested within 7 Days of delivering the product. Email us at thecamcart@gmail.com.
- Return would be done within 7 days of order
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 days.
- The product should be in intact condition (as it was delivered to you).
- The product should not be used.
- The protective film and tags should not be removed.
- Order ID or Invoice should be available.
- Exchange will only be eligible if the product received in reverse pickup clears our quality check process.
- Exchange will be done within 7days
- If the product is not in stock or the customer does not want to exchange, they will be issued 100% shopping amount.
Note: If the product is received in damaged condition, kindly raise the concern within 24 hours of receiving the product at thecamcart@gmail.com.

Camcart assures that all products sold on the site are 100% genuine and brand new, just as recognized by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise specified on the product page, camcart.in does not provide any items that have been previously owned for sale.
Physical Damage Policy
Physical damage to any goods purchased at camcart.in will effectively negate warranty coverage. Physical damage comprises incorrect handling and/or any other sort of damage caused by irregular usage of the goods. As a result, Camcart will return any physically damaged goods back to the client at the customer’s expense.
